Thinking about relationships
They can make your life easier
But they can drive you crazy
It all depends on your skill in building relationship
Thinking about relationships
The key in a relationship
Is something shared in common
You need that key to join entities in relationships
You say you want to manage SQLite yourself
Although it’s error prone
Just set your schema in the model file
And leave well enough alone
But you’ve got scads of SQL everywhere
A maintainability nightmare
Your significant other says you’re never there
Although you know you’ve tried
Sit back relax use the services the framework does provide
The framework does provide
Thinking about relationships
You can choose to join to one
Or you can join to many
Polygamy’s alright with these relationships
Thinking about relationships
They can get you what you want
And get you where you’re going
Connections show, it’s all who you know with relationships
(Spoken) For example
Got a brother who’s got a lover who’s
got a nice little restaurant
In this venue, they’ve got a menu,
then you choose the things you want
Follow the relationship
Follow the relationship
Follow the, Follow the
Here’s another relationship
Got a sister who’s got a mister
Who’s got a place up in Tahoe
In the season, borrow the keys, and pack up your skis,
C’mon let’s go
Follow the relationship
Follow the relationship
Follow the, Follow the
Follow the relationship, yeah
Thinking about relationships
I call to you and think you’re there
Although I am mistaken
Although I called, It’s just our faulted relationship
Thinking about relationships
They can make your life easier
But they can drive you crazy
So take the time to build sublime relationships.
Relationships
Relationships debuted at WWDC 2002. Like The Fetch Spec Song, it was originally written about the Enterprise Objects Framework (EOF). A few lyrical tweaks in 2012 made the song more Core Data friendly.
